CSM Technologies’ arm secures TradeMark Africa Mandate for Beira Corridor
Oct-10-2026

CSM Technologies’ wholly owned subsidiary--CSM Tech has secured a $1,74,000 (approximately Rs 1.65 crore) mandate from TradeMark Africa (TMA) for the design, development and deployment of the Mozambique Transport and Trade Observatory (TTO) for the Beira Corridor.

The project will be executed by CSM Tech, and will create a centralised digital platform to provide corridor authorities and stakeholders with near real-time visibility into cargo movement, transport performance, delays, bottlenecks and other trade indicators.

The Beira Corridor is a strategic trade route connecting the Port of Beira in Mozambique with Zimbabwe and extending trade links to Malawi, Zambia and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). It is particularly important for land-linked economies that depend on efficient access to regional and international markets.

CSM Tech will design and deploy a secure, web-based and microservices-oriented platform featuring interactive KPI dashboards, GIS-based corridor mapping, automated alerts, reporting and data analytics. The system will integrate priority information from port, road, rail, customs and other relevant trade and transport systems across Mozambique and neighbouring countries.

CSM Technologies is amongst the few Information Technology (IT) solutions companies, who have delivered first of its kind projects for government as well as for the private sector.
