Suryoday Small Finance Bank raises Rs 200 crore via NCDs

Suryoday Small Finance Bank has raised Rs 200 crore through the allotment of 200 Subordinated, Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Transferable, Redeemable, Fully Paid-Up Non-Convertible Debentures, categorized as Basel II Compliant Lower Tier II Capital (NCDs) at par at the Coupon rate of 10.05% per annum, fixed, payable semi-annually, on private placement basis. The NCDs are proposed to be listed on BSE. The said NCDs are set to mature on October 09, 2036. The Board of Directors of the Bank has through resolution passed by circulation on October 09, 2026, approved allotment of the same. 

Suryoday Small Finance Bank is a scheduled commercial bank.
