Career Point Edutech climbs on securing work orders worth Rs 35.75 crore

Career Point Edutech is currently trading at Rs. 223.60, up by 28.45 points or 14.58% from its previous closing of Rs. 195.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 197.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 224.15 and Rs. 197.25 respectively. So far 2981 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 340.35 on 29-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 135.10 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 225.00 and Rs. 185.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 400.24 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 63.70%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.30% and 34.00% respectively.

Career Point Edutech has secured two work orders together valued at approximately Rs 35.75 crore from the Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Research and Training Institute (MAHAJYOTI), an autonomous institute of the Government of Maharashtra. Under the two orders, Career Point Edutech has been empanelled sponsored by MAHAJYOTI from the Other Backward Bahujan Welfare Department category across Maharashtra. 

Each engagement will run for a two-year term, with an option to extend annually for up to two additional years by mutual consent on similar terms. The scope of services includes live interactive online lectures, offline mentoring sessions, digital study material, online test practice, performance tracking, and provision of tablets with data connectivity where applicable. Payments under both orders are structured as installments linked to course-completion milestones. 

Career Point Edutech offers comprehensive school and university management services under its formal education vertical, while delivering test preparation solutions through a robust network of franchisee centers, partner schools, e-learning platforms, and vocational training programs.
