Rashi Peripherals, Greaves Cotton and Honasa Consumer to see some action today

Rashi Peripherals has received approval to enter into Definitive Agreements for acquisition of 67% stake in the paid-up equity share capital of VDA Infosolutions (VDA) for a cash consideration of Rs 368.50 crore, subject to completion of customary closing conditions. VDA established in 2010, is in the business of Enterprise technology and digital solutions space. Further, pursuant to the above acquisition of shares, VDA will become a subsidiary of the Company. The Board of directors at its meeting held on June 23, 2026 inter alia, approved the same. 

Greaves Cotton has incorporated its wholly owned subsidiary, ‘Greaves International Trading FZE’ (GITFZE) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, effective June 18, 2026. GITFZE has been incorporated with the primary objective of engaging in international trading and distribution activities of products and services offered by the Company. This strategic expansion is aimed at strengthening the Company’s global market presence, optimising its international supply chain, and driving business growth in overseas markets. 

Honasa Consumer has acquired a majority stake of 58% in Fluence Pharma, a science-backed nutraceuticals company known for its differentiated and patented Cyclical Nutrition Therapy (CNT) and strong dermatologist-led distribution network. This strategic acquisition marks Honasa's entry into the high-growth nutraceuticals space, reinforcing its commitment to building science-backed solutions that address evolving consumer needs across inside-out beauty. Through this acquisition, Honasa Consumer will execute its entry into the category by establishing its dedicated subsidiary, Honasa Health.

ARSS Infrastructure Projects has received a work order of Rs 21.46 crore for improvement such as widening and strengthening of Dengapola to Champahat via Jantakothi-PodanaTandikul, Naulo and Sorishpokhari road from 0/000 km to 14/647 km (except from 10/340 km to 10/970 km) in the district of Jagatsinghpur under state plan from office of the superintending Engineer, Jagatsinghpur (R&B) Division, Jagatsinghpur. The said order is expected to be completed in 16 months.

Wipro has expanded its partnership with Palo Alto Networks, the global AI cybersecurity leader, to offer AI-driven Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services. The partnership brings together Palo Alto Networks’ Cortex XSIAM with CyberShield, the company’s managed security services capabilities in a more focused offering for modern security operations. The new offering will deliver proactive cyber defense with simplified workflows using machine learning, AI, and automation to predict and protect against future attacks. It will enable faster detection and response across complex environments, while filtering signals from noise, improving analyst efficiency, and increasing focus on critical, high-impact threats.

Panorama Studios International’s subsidiary -- Panorama Studios Inflight LLP has executed an agreement with Sunil Productions to exploit the Airborne Rights (on an exclusive basis) for the entire world including India of the cinematographic film titled ‘Yaarigu Helbedi (2025)’ starring Chetan, Appanna, Ashwini, P Chathira and others and directed by Shivaganesh. 

Bharti Airtel has acquired 595,204,251 shares, representing around 16.3% stake, of Airtel Africa, from Indian Continent Investment (ICIL). Post this acquisition, the company’s effective stake in Airtel Africa has increased to around 79%. The acquisition was done through share swap, under which the company has issued its 146,761,335 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each to ICIL on a preferential basis. Post this swap, ICIL holds around 3.25% of the total post-issue equity share capital of the company.
