DEE Development, Earkart and Lemon Tree Hotels to see some action today

DEE Development Engineers’ wholly Owned Subsidiary -- DEE Fabricom India has received an order from Ganeko Solar for manufacturing of fifteen EN156 Envision make 353 MT Windmill Tower for 3.3MW Windmill. Broad consideration or size of the order(s)/contract(s) is around Rs 64 crore (inclusive of GST). The said order is expected to be completed by January 2027.

Earkart has incorporated foreign subsidiary in the United Kingdom as per the Certificate of Incorporation issued on June 8, 2026. The subsidiary has been incorporated to provide healthcare services and sell healthcare products and other related products. The business of the subsidiary is not outside the main line of business of the company.

Lemon Tree Hotels has signed Lemon Tree Hotel, Janakpur in Nepal. The property will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, further extending the group’s managed international footprint. With this signing, the group’s overall international portfolio grows to 11 properties -comprising 6 operational hotels and 5 upcoming properties across Nepal, Bhutan and Dubai.

Network People Services Technologies has received an order from a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking for the development and implementation of a UPI Third-Party Application Provider (TPAP) application, wherein the company will act as the Technology Service Provider (TSP). The solution will be implemented on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model enabling the Company to generate a recurring revenue stream over the contract period.

Transrail Lighting has received approval for the acquisition of 100% equity stake in Gactel Turnkey Projects from Ajanma Holdings and execution of the Share Purchase Agreement and other transaction documents in connection therewith, subject to completion of customary conditions and approvals, as may be applicable. The acquisition is a strategic investment aimed at strengthening the company's cooling tower engineering and execution capabilities and concentrating in segments such as Induced Draft Cooling Towers (IDCTs); Repairs, Refurbishment, and Maintenance (MRO) of old cooling towers including NDCTs, IDCTs and Chimneys. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on June 22, 2026 have inter-alia approved the same. 

B-Right Realestate’s step-down subsidiary -- B-Right RMBD Developers LLP has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding for development of Viswas Niwas 8 and Viswas Niwas 9 situated at Village Parel. The site, with a land area of 1,081.95 Sq. Mtr., is expected to yield approximately total Sales area of 45,760 Sq. Ft., with an expected Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 179 crore.

GHV Infra Projects has received the work order from GHV (India) for the Composite work (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Signal & Telecom) involving construction (A) Upgradation / Development of maintenance infrastructure at Coaching Complex. (B) Next Generation Freight Maintenance Facilities (C) Infrastructure construction of Loco shed in West Bengal. The order is valued at approximately Rs 213 crore including GST and it is required to be completed within period of 14 (fourteen) months from the date of commencement.
