Hexaware Technologies, HFCL and Rail Vikas Nigam to see some action today

Hexaware Technologies is planning to invest 25 million pound to expand its UK operations, a move expected to create around 1,200 jobs across Manchester, Leeds, and Birmingham over the next three to five years. Hexaware’s investment was among those the UK Government announced at the G7 Summit on June 16, 2026, as part of a wider set of international commitments to its AI and clean energy agenda. The company will expand its delivery center in Birmingham and establish R&D centers in Manchester and Leeds.  

HFCL has been awarded a contract amounting to Rs 2,666.09 crore by Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL). This contract pertains to the BharatNet Phase-III project in the Uttar Pradesh (West) Telecom Circle. The scope of the Contract includes Supply of telecom equipment and related accessories with installation & commissioning, Creation of Optical Fiber Cable Telecom Network and Maintenance of the project for a period of 10 years, including a 1-year warranty period. 

Rail Vikas Nigam has received Letters of Award (LoA) from East Coast Railway for 3rd and 4th line between NergundiBarang (22Km) and Khurda Road-Vizianagaram (363Km) on Bhadrak- Vizianagaram section (385Km): Construction of important Bridge nos. 539 (16x30.5m Open Web Steel Girder over river Birupa at ch.402521m), 544 (32x65.84m Open Web Steel Girder over river Mahanadi at ch.406305m), 553 (18x45.70m Open Web Steel Girder over river Kathjori at ch.411589m), 557 (20x45.70m Open Web Steel Girder over river Kuakhai at ch.414607m) on EPC mode.

Waaree Renewable Technologies has received an enhancement in the scope of work under the existing contract from One of India’s leading Renewable Energy companies for the execution of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) works for a Solar Power Plant of 980 MWp / 700 MWac. The scope of the commercial order has been enhanced by Rs 30.91 crore, totalling to Rs 1,044.69 crore (Inclusive of taxes).

SUGS Lloyd has received Letters of Award (LoA) from TP Southern Odisha Distribution (TPSODL) for Supply , Installation, Testing & Commissioning (SITC) of 11 KV and 33 KV Fault Passage Indicators (FPI) and Data Communicator Units (DCU) and the order value is Rs 1.80 crore.
