KNR Constructions transfers remaining stake in KNR Ramagiri Infra to Indus Infra Trust

KNR Constructions has transferred the remaining 0.10% stake, comprising 488 equity shares, in KNR Ramagiri Infra (SPV/KRIPL) to Indus Infra Trust (Purchaser). Consequently, KNR Ramagiri Infra has ceased to be a subsidiary of KNR Constructions.

Earlier, the company had transferred 99.90% stake, comprising 480,262 equity shares, in KRIPL to Indus Infra Trust. The above transfers are part of the Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs) executed on December 24, 2025, between KNR Constructions and Indus Infra Trust for the sale of its entire 100% shareholding (including sub-debt) in KRIPL to Indus Infra Trust.

KNR Constructions is a multi-domain infrastructure project development company providing (EPC) engineering, procurement and construction services across various fast growing sectors namely roads & highways, irrigation and urban water infrastructure management.
