Hindustan Unilever gains on reporting 4% rise in Q2 consolidated net profit

Hindustan Unilever is currently trading at Rs. 2605.25, up by 12.95 points or 0.50% from its previous closing of Rs. 2592.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2592.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2667.55 and Rs. 2592.50 respectively. So far 164076 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2779.70 on 04-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2136.00 on 04-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2667.55 and Rs. 2506.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 611504.62 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.90%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 26.48% and 11.62% respectively.

Hindustan Unilever has reported 2.99% rise in its net profit at Rs 2,690 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2,612 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 0.03% at Rs 15,813 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 15,817 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 3.63% rise in its net profit at Rs 2,685 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2,591 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 1.51% at Rs 16,388 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 16,145 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
