Jain Resource Recycling shines on entering into JV agreement with C&Y Group Investments, Inc

Jain Resource Recycling is currently trading at Rs. 367.25, up by 11.45 points or 3.22% from its previous closing of Rs. 355.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 361.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 388.15 and Rs. 359.00 respectively. So far 1272644 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 388.15 on 23-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 247.80 on 01-Oct-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 388.15 and Rs. 315.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 12731.94 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.59%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 12.85% and 13.56% respectively.

Jain Resource Recycling has entered into a joint venture (JV) agreement with C&Y Group Investments, Inc. (C&Y) to establish and operate a recycling and manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The JV will focus on the recycling of various scrap materials, including cables, motors, alternators, starters, motor coils, transformers, meatballs, and other types of copper scrap. In accordance with the terms of the JV Agreement, a private limited company will be incorporated in India to serve as the joint venture company.

As part of the JV agreement, C&Y will supply the Joint Venture Company with a guaranteed annual quantity of various scrap materials at competitive prices, ensuring a stable and efficient supply chain. This strategic JV allows the company to leverage C&Y’s global sourcing expertise, with the objective of expanding its footprint in the recycling industry and enhancing the value chain within India.

Jain Resource Recycling, along with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the recycling and production of non-ferrous metals in India. It is primarily focused on recycling of non-ferrous metal scrap and Its product portfolio comprises of (i) lead and lead alloy ingots; (ii) copper and copper ingots; and (iii) aluminium and aluminium alloys.
