Oval Projects Engineering shines on getting nod to incorporate joint venture company

The scrip opened at Rs. 78.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 78.60 and Rs. 69.51 respectively. So far 43200 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 86.00 on 04-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 63.10 on 08-Oct-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 78.60 and Rs. 63.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 147.46 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 53.07%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 7.00% and 39.93% respectively.

Oval Projects Engineering has received approval to incorporate a joint venture company between the Oval Projects Engineering and Oval Fresh for the purpose of Tender Participation. The Board of Directors of the company in their Meeting held on October 18, 2025, has approved the same. 

Earlier, the company had received a new Letter of Intent (LoI) from HPOIL GAS for Composite Work of City Gas Station (CGS) Cum Mother Stations at Xelhozhe Niuland District in Nagaland.

Oval Projects Engineering is primarily an infrastructure services company engaged in the business of providing engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) industrial infrastructure services and operations and maintenance (O&M) services to its PAN India customers especially in the Oil & Gas sector.
