VMS TMT gains on bagging orders of over 10,000 MT during diwali period

VMS TMT is currently trading at Rs. 71.22, up by 0.16 points or 0.23% from its previous closing of Rs. 71.06 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 72.29 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 72.29 and Rs. 69.33 respectively. So far 60889 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 105.00 on 24-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 69.33 on 20-Oct-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 78.63 and Rs. 69.33 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 352.48 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 67.18%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 5.25% and 27.57% respectively.

VMS TMT has bagged cumulative orders of more than 10,000 metric tonnes (MT) from its distributors during the Diwali period. The orders, received across its established network of distributors and dealers, mark a major festive season milestone and underline the strong brand confidence enjoyed by VMS TMT in the state’s construction and infrastructure markets.

The robust demand momentum reflects a healthy uptick in infrastructure and housing activity, supported by the Government’s continued push toward large-scale construction and the festive sentiment-led buying pattern across retail markets.

VMS TMT is engaged in the business of manufacturing of TMT Bars and dealing into other steel items. It also generates revenue from the sale of allied products, including billets, binding wires, scrap, and other by-products arising during the manufacturing process of TMT Bars.
