Gold futures finish near two week high on Friday

Gold futures finished near two week high on Friday, as speculators eyed that Federal Reserve would hold pat on monetary tightening, followed by the weaker than expected US economic data. Moreover, progress in of US-China trade negotiations also buoyed the bullion investments.

Gold futures for April delivery settled up 0.6 percent at $1,322.10 on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile. While, spot gold was up 0.7 percent at $1,321.31 per ounce.
