Gold futures finish lower for fourth straight session on Thursday
Sep-25-2026
Gold futures finished lower for the fourth straight session on Thursday, as rising dollar and firmer bond yield notes saddled investment appeal of the bullion. Hawkish tones from Federal Reserve speakers, strong US economic data and easing geopolitical tensions in the Middle East also dulled position taking in safe haven bullion.

Gold futures for December delivery down by $20.40 or 0.47% to settle at $4,298.00 an ounce on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile. While, spot gold dipped by $4.03 or 0.09% to $ 4,271.00 an ounce.
