Invesco Asset Management (India) announces resumption of subscription in certain schemes

Invesco Mutual Fund has informed that it has been decided to revoke temporary suspension of subscription in Designated Schemes of the Fund issued vide its notice dated May 11, 2026 and resume subscription through lumpsum purchases, switch-ins and fresh registration of Systematic Investment Plan (‘SIP’), Systematic Transfer Plan (‘STP’) and IDCW Transfer Plan in Invesco India - Invesco Global Equity Income Fund of Fund, Invesco India - Invesco Pan European Equity Fund of Fund and Invesco India - Invesco Global Consumer Trends Fund of Fund (Designated Schemes) with effect from September 28, 2026. 

Purchases / switch-ins and fresh registration of SIP, STP and IDCW Transfer Plan into Designated Schemes shall be allowed only upto a limit of Rs.10 lakh per day per PAN (at first holder level) and for the purpose of calculating limit of Rs.10 lakh per day per PAN, the amount of installments of SIP, STP and IDCW Transfer Plan already registered in the Designated Schemes shall also be considered. Further, the limit of Rs.10 lakh per day per PAN will also be applicable while processing of installments of SIP, STP and IDCW Transfer Plan already registered in the Designated Schemes. Accordingly, in case the aggregate investment through lumpsum purchases / switchins and / or installments of SIP, STP and IDCW Transfer Plan exceed Rs.10 lakh per day per PAN, then the transaction(s) including installment of SIP, STP and IDCW Transfer Plan will be rejected.

The subscriptions through lumpsum purchase, switch-ins, fresh registrations of SIP / STP / IDCW Transfer Plans in the Designated Schemes and processing of installments of SIP / STP / IDCW Transfer Plans already registered in the Designated Schemes will be allowed only upto the headroom available without breaching the overseas investments limits as of February 1, 2022 at the Fund level. The AMC reserves the right to suspend the subscription through lumpsum purchase, switch-ins, fresh registration of SIP / STP / IDCW Transfer Plans and processing of installments of SIP / STP / IDCW Transfer Plans already registered in the Designated Schemes temporarily if the overseas investments are close to the limits as of February 1, 2022 at Fund level. 

All other terms & conditions of the Scheme Information Documents (‘SIDs’) and Key Information Memorandums (‘KIMs’) of the Designated Schemes will remain unchanged. This notice cum addendum forms an integral part of the SID(s) / KIM(s) of the Designated Schemes, as amended from time to time.
