Pavna Industries gets nod to divest entire stake in Pavna Auto Engineering, Swapnil Switches

Pavna Industries has secured approval for disinvestment of its entire 50.74% stake, representing 30,901 equity shares, in Pavna Auto Engineering (PAEPL). The Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held August 24, 2026, has approved the same. Upon completion of the disinvestment, the PAEPL will cease to be a subsidiary of the company. The stake will be sold for consideration of up to Rs 8.80 crore, subject to closing adjustment.

Additionally, the board has approved the disinvestment of the company’s entire 50.74% stake, representing 3,09,001 equity shares, in Swapnil Switches (SSPL). Upon completion of the disinvestment, SSPL will cease to be a subsidiary of the company. The stake will be sold for consideration of up to Rs 2.55 crore, subject to closing adjustment.

The proceeds from the sale of PAEPL and SSPL shall be utilized by the company in strengthening its core business and can be reinvested in higher-growth two-wheeler or three-wheeler auto industry opportunities, ultimately benefiting the shareholders. 

Pavna Industries is engaged in manufacturing of wide range of automotive components for reputed Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) as per their requirements primarily catering to various vehicle segments, including, passenger vehicles, two-wheelers, three-wheelers, heavy and light commercial vehicles and off-road vehicles.
