Akme Fintrade (India) gets nod to raise Rs 50 crore via NCDs

Akme Fintrade (India) has received approval for the issuance of Listed, Rated, Senior, Secured, Transferable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) upto Rs 50 crore in Series A1 and Series A2 on private placement basis in one or more tranches. The Loan & Investment Committee, as authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on August 24, 2026 has approved the same.  

Akme Fintrade (India) is a non-banking finance company (NBFC). It is primarily engaged in rural and semi-urban centric lending solutions to look after the needs and aspirations of rural and semi-urban populace.
