Dishman Carbogen Amcis raises Rs 75 crore through NCDs

Dishman Carbogen Amcis has raised Rs 75 crore through the allotment of 7,500 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Transferable, Redeemable, Taxable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs 1,00,000 each at par for cash, on private placement basis. The Management Committee of Board of Directors has at its meeting held on August 17, 2026 approved allotment of the same. 

Dishman Carbogen Amcis (DCAL), incorporated in 1983, started out as a manufacturer of quaternary ammonium and phosphate compounds. Currently, the company is a fully integrated CRAMS player working with global pharmaceutical innovators.
