PGIM India AMC announces revision of subscription limits for designated schemes

PGIM India Asset Management (AMC) has announced Addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (‘SIDs’) and Key Information Memorandums (‘KIMs’) of certain schemes of PGIM India Mutual Fund. With reference to its Notice Cum addendum dated March 09, 2026 regarding temporary suspension of subscriptions in PGIM India Global Equity Opportunities Fund of Fund, PGIM India Emerging Markets Equity Fund of Fund and PGIM India Global Select Real Estate Securities Fund of Fund (‘Designated Schemes’) read with its Notice Cum Addendum dated May 15, 2026 and June 04, 2026 regarding reopening and revision of subscriptions limits in Designated Schemes. 

SEBI vide its letter no. SEBI/HO/OW/IMD-II/DoF3/P/25095/2022 dated June 17, 2022 has permitted Mutual Funds to accept subscriptions and to invest in overseas funds /securities upto the headroom available without breaching the overseas investment limits as of EOD of February 1, 2022 at Mutual Fund level. 

In view of the same, PGIM India Mutual Fund has informed that it has decided to revise the subscription limits in the Designated Schemes with effect from June 11, 2026, in the following manner: installments of existing Systematic Transfer Plans (Transfer Plan into any of the Designated Schemes) as on June 10, 2026: a) Existing Monthly and Quarterly Systematic Transfer Plan instalments will continue. b) Existing Daily and Weekly Systematic Transfer Plan instalments shall not be accepted post the cut off timing of June 10, 2026.

This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SIDs and KIMs of the Designated Schemes, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of SIDs and KIMs of the Designated Schemes will remain unchanged.
