Invesco Asset Management (India) announces change in risk-o-meter of schemes

Invesco Mutual Fund has informed that risk level of Invesco India Money Market Fund (an open- ended debt scheme investing in money market instruments with relatively low interest rate risk and moderate credit risk) andInvesco India Ultra Short Duration Fund (an open ended ultra-short term debt scheme investing in instruments such that the Macaulay duration of the portfolio is between 3 months to 6 months with relatively low interest rate risk and moderate credit risk) has been revised from ‘Low to Moderate’ to ‘Moderate’. 

The risk level of Invesco India Credit Risk Fund (an open-ended debt scheme predominantly investing in AA and below rated corporate bonds (excluding AA+ rated corporate bonds) with relatively high interest rate risk and moderate credit risk) has been revised from ‘Moderately High’ to ‘Moderate’. 

The above changes in Risk-o-meter is based on evaluation of risk level of Scheme’s portfolio as on December 31, 2025 and is applicable with immediate effect.

Pursuant to above change, necessary changes will be carried out at relevant places in Scheme Information Documents (‘SIDs’) and Key Information Memorandums (‘KIMs’) of the above-mentioned Schemes.

All other terms & conditions of the SIDs and KIMs of the above-mentioned Schemes will remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the SIDs / KIMs of the above-mentioned Schemes as amended from time to time.
