Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management India announces change in fund management responsibilities

Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management India (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID), Key Information Document (KIM) & Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund.

Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund has informed that Shiv Chanani, Senior Fund Manager – Equity, Sandeep Jain, Fund Manager & Research Analyst, and Arjun Bagga, Research Analyst & Fund Manager, will cease to be Fund Managers and Key Personnel of AMC, from the close of business hours of Friday, November 28, 2025.

Pursuant to the above, the Fund Managers of Baroda BNP Paribas Multi Cap Fund & Baroda BNP Paribas Energy Opportunities Fund shall stand revised from ‘Sanjay Chawla and & Sandeep Jain’ to ‘Sanjay Chawla & Kirtan Mehta’,  the Fund Managers of Baroda BNP Paribas Small Cap Fund shall stand revised from ‘Shiv Chanani & Himanshu Singh’ to ‘Sanjay Chawla & Himanshu Singh’, the Fund Managers of Baroda BNP Paribas Mid Cap Fund & Baroda BNP Paribas India Consumption Fund shall stand revised from ‘Shiv Chanani & Himanshu Singh’ to ‘Pratish Krishnan & Himanshu Singh’, the Fund Managers of Baroda BNP Paribas Dividend Yield Fund & Baroda BNP Paribas Value Fund shall stand revised from ‘Shiv Chanani and Himanshu Singh’ to ‘Jitendra Sriram and Himanshu Singh’ and  the Fund Managers of Baroda BNP Paribas Banking and Financial Services Fund shall stand revised from ‘Sandeep Jain & Arjun Bagga’ to ‘Sanjay Chawla and Yash Mehta’ with effect from November 29, 2025.

Further, brief details of the new co-fund manager, Yash Mehta is as below: Yash Mehta (24 years), is a B.com graduate and a qualified chartered accountant. Yash Mehta has an overall experience of around 1.5 years. He has previously worked with Systematix Shares and Stocks (India), in equity research, covering Banking and the Financial services sector and experience in tracking the NBFC sector.

This Notice cum addendum forms an integral part of the SAI, SID & KIM of the Fund read with the addenda issued thereunder. All other terms and conditions mentioned in the SAI, SID & KIM remain unchanged.
