Invesco Asset Management (India) announces change in key personnel and change in fund management responsibilities

Invesco Asset Management (India) (AMC) has announced changes to Scheme Information Document(s) (‘SIDs’) and Key Information Memorandum(s) (‘KIMs’) of the Schemes of Invesco Mutual Fund, as applicable and Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of the Fund.

Invesco Mutual Fund has informed, Amey Sathe is joining Invesco Asset Management India (‘IAMI’) as Fund Manager - Equity with effect from November 4, 2025.

Accordingly, the following details of Amey Sathe shall be included in the Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of the Invesco Mutual Fund: Amey Sathe (43 years old) holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree, a Master of Management Studies (M.M.S) degree in Finance and a CFA designation. Mr Sathe has more than 18 years of experience in securities market. Prior to joining Invesco Asset Management (India), Amey was associated with Tata Asset Management as Fund Manager from May 11, 2015 to November 03, 2025.

Pursuant to Amey Sathe appointment, he is added to the New Fund Manager under the Equity Investment of Invesco India Balanced Advantage Fund, Invesco India Aggressive Hybrid Fund, Invesco India Equity Savings Fund and Invesco India Multi Asset Allocation Fund with effect from November 4, 2025.

Accordingly, the write up of Amey Sathe shall be added in the Scheme Information Documents (‘SIDs’) of the above-mentioned Schemes in addition to write up of the existing Fund Manager(s). 

Pursuant to above changes, necessary changes will be carried out at relevant places in SIDs & KIMs of the above-mentioned Schemes of the Fund, as applicable and SAI of the Fund. 

All other terms & conditions of the SIDs and KIMs of the above-mentioned Schemes of the Fund and SAI of the Fund will remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the SIDs and KIMs of the above-mentioned Schemes of the Fund and SAI of the Fund, as amended from time to time.
