IndiGo trades higher on the BSE

Interglobe Aviation is currently trading at Rs. 5740.15, up by 9.00 points or 0.16% from its previous closing of Rs. 5731.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 5742.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 5761.30 and Rs. 5716.60 respectively. So far 10880 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 6225.05 on 18-Aug-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 3778.50 on 28-Oct-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 5778.35 and Rs. 5545.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 221879.91 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 43.54%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 51.40% and 5.06% respectively.

Global technology firm Thales has inked an 11-year avionics maintenance support contract with Interglobe Aviation (IndiGo) for the airline's A320 family of aircraft, including for the over 800 planes that are to be delivered in the coming years. Besides, its contract with IndiGo for fleet-wide Electronic Flight Bag rollout has been extended by another five years. Listed in Paris, Thales is a leading player in advanced technologies for the defence, aerospace, and cyber and digital sectors. 

The new 11-year maintenance support contract for IndiGo's current Airbus A320 fleet and future order of A32X aircraft includes Thales' avionics 'By The Hour' and 'Repair By The Hour' programmes. The contract will cover over 1,200 planes. The repairs will be managed at Thales' MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) facility in Gurugram, Haryana. 

Interglobe Aviation provides air transportation services in India and internationally. The company primarily operates IndiGo passenger airline.
