with the certain reforms in budget the repo may decrease to some points or may remain constant.

its the rate at which RBI lends money to the banks in time of shortfall. Even if they maintain a status quo on the monetary policy there is room for reduction of the repo rate

With inflation remaining at ease... the IIP numbers released last week reported a significant improvement in February 2015, which is encouraging. Going ahead, it will be imperative to support this buoyancy to assure a sustainable turn around in the industrial sector. And therefore we may see the repo rates falling

As the prosperity of industrial sector and with a view to boast the economy the government may reduce the repo rates. If the government reduces the repo rate the sensex will improve.
